Trees Trees & More Trees!

I love this Tree Stamp Set! It's fun & funky, & whimsy. It's called "Tree Tops" & it's from the new catalog! I made these emblellishments for my downline. Ssshhh it's a surpise for the Unit Meeting on Friday! The clip is from Walmart or any office supply store. They are big about 4 or 5 inches long. I stamped & cut out the images (yes I cut them out x 8 each!) & built them up with pop dots to give dimention. I adhered them to a peice of chip board & glued that to the clip with Liquid Glass. I hope my downline love them! I can't wait to use mine on a page. I'll have to dig out some camping pictures & put them together at the crop this weekend. I'll show them to you next week on a layout. I Love My Cuttle Bug!

I love the using my cuttle bug! It brings a card to life! You can sand the images as is done on the Blush & Breeze (retired know) card or you and sand & ink them as shown on the Chocolate flower & sweet leaf cards from our "Life Delights" paper pack. Adding the extra texture just makes it "Pop"! Some of the Highlights of this product is that the embossing folders are very reasonable priced. Only $5 to $6 per folder & you can often find them on sale! You can afford to own all of them! Well... maybe not all of them! But at least the ones you love! It is also a die cutting machine. And will accept most other companies dies. Including Nestabilities.

My friend Brenda & I went to a "Cuttle Bug" class yesterday. We learned lots of secrets! What a talented lady who taught the class! She showed us lots of tricks to getting more out of our investment in the product. I can't wait to share them with you! I'll create some cards this weekend at my crop & post next week.

Remember a "Creative Mess" is better than tidy idleness!

We have a block of rooms saved under Close to My Heart. Please call the Holiday Inn Express #940-8100 & reserve your room if you would like to stay at the Hotel. The accommodations are a suite with 2 double beds & a kitchenette, which includes sink, counter, micro, fridge, coffee maker & some dishes. It also includes a TV area with dining table & couch that folds out into a bed. They are nice rooms; I’ve been here for crops before. The rooms can easily sleep 5 or 6 w/1 to 2 people using the fold out couch. Included in the room price is breakfast between 7 & 10 am w/toast, bagels, yogurt, fruit, cereal & more. Breakfast drinks are included as well as their specialty of cinnamon rolls. Not bad for 75.00 a room! (plus taxes) The hotel has a pool & hot tub.

I don't think we brought enough stuf!!

No trip to Detroit is complete without a trip to Archiver's!! Woo Hoo! It was our first time there. I wish we had one closer to us. We also had to go shopping at Ikea! We barely fit everything into the van!

I'm Back!!!

Gosh It's been a while! As a lot of you know we've had computor & online issues here in the country! Well we've finaully found a server that is awesome! Fast searching & even fast sending out. Whew. I thought they were just going to leave us out here in dial up land! We are now going through a company called Redfrog. It is tower based so it doesn't even use our phone line! So I should be able to upload pictures to my blog quickly! Let's test it and see!

I went to CTMH Regonials in Detroit recently. It was a three day weekend of stamping & sharing business ideas. This artwork is from some of the wonderfully talented group of ladies that were there. The small album is our new "Acrylic Mini Album". She did a fantastic job decorating it. She used our B&T Duos & rub-ons & lot of other CTMH accesories.

I just loved this layout! What an adorable little girl! I think the colors are beautiful together & her use of the Dimensional Element flowers is well done. this layout is from our Notebook paper pack.
